President, CEO
With over 25 years in the construction industry, is the cornerstone of Elite Construction & Design and presiding member of the leadership team. His expertise spans from all sectors of construction to urban development. Always taking a collaborative leadership role, he educates and clients and partners on best practices while managing large and specialty projects. Beyond work, Matt enjoys coaching his son's soccer teams, family hikes with his two chocolate labs, and outdoor activities like skiing and biking.
Brendan McBride
Estimator
As an estimator and assistant project manager at EC&D for over a year and a half, Brendan’s academic background in architecture and on-the-job construction experience play a major part in his role. His attention to detail and organizational skills are fundamental to his work in pre-construction and project management. Outside of work, he enjoys spending the warm season on the golf course, and winters on the ski slope while also spending relaxing moments with his golden doodle, Augie.
Lee Laflamme
Finance | Administration
Working in office management for over 15 years, Lee has been a driving force in developing business systems and ensuring regulatory compliance at Elite. Her steadfast commitment to enhancing certifications has played a vital role in the company's growth and is a critical member of the leadership team. Outside of the professional sphere, she finds joy in family time, participating in OCR races, and nurturing her garden alongside her black lab, Ruby.
Susan Burke
Accounts Payable
With 15 years of experience in Accounting, Susan has been a crucial part of EC&D for over 2 years, focusing on Executive Administration and Client Relations. Her expertise enhances communication with partners and streamlining internal processes. Outside of work, she cherishes time with their husband and Mira, their Shepherd mix.
Steve Modica
Project Manager
Steve specializes in project management and work order coordination at EC&D, where he’s been a dedicated team member for over 13 years. With nearly two decades of cumulative experience in his field, he bring a deep commitment to teamwork, proficiency in client relations, and effectiveness in managing and completing work orders. Beyond the professional sphere, he finds joy in diverse hobbies, including pool, year round power sports, tending to my lawn, and relishing the responsibilities of being a devoted dad.
